Guidelines for Charitable Donation & Sponsorship Requests
Thank you for your interest in including us in your event and/or fundraising activity. The Gallery Pastry Shop and Macs.Well. is dedicated to giving back to our communities we serve, and we welcome the opportunity to support community events, fundraisers and other charitable efforts.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, requests must be made 6 weeks (donations) and 8 weeks (sponsorships) in advance from your event date. We will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving it.
Donation Request Requirements:
Organizations must submit an online request form
Requests must include the following:
- Contact name, mailing address and contact email address
- Date, description and location of event
Organizations requesting silent auction items such as Gift Certificates, products or coupons must have a non-profit tax ID and we will not be able to donate in the following situations:
- Individual’s efforts to raise funds by participating in a non-profit event (run, bike race, etc.)
- Events sponsored by a competitor
- Events where our product will be resold
