We are so excited to announce the next coursed dinner and cocktail pairing at Gallery Pastry Bar! Join us Wednesday, March 16th for five courses crafted by Chefs Ben Hardy and Youssef Boudarine with St. Patrick’s Day whiskey cocktail pairings from Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits. If you taste something you like, bottles of spirits will be available for purchase!
Tickets are $185 per couple or $100 per individual. Only 50 seats are available so grab your spots before they’re gone!
Menu:
1. Grape tomato & baby mozzarella skewers with sauce trio
2. Avocado pavlova served with parmesan aioli
3. Old fashion lamb shank braised in lamb stock bourbon and Cointreau
4. Boursin stuffed ravioli with sunny side yolk & prawn bisque
5. Pistachio infinimont with orange marmalade
Gratuity is included in the ticket price. Tax will be applied at checkout.
